ASPIRE SEMINARS
AND CONFERENCE SCHEDULED
A programme schedule for the remainder of
the first phase of the ASPIRE project has been released, with details of
two seminars and a conference now available.
As highlighted in the attached ASPIRE agenda update, two
seminars have been scheduled for managers and non-managers of your
Volunteer Centre. At these seminars, you will have the chance to discuss
your organisation’s individual participation in ASPIRE, and input to the
research phase of ASPIRE. The seminars will take place on the following
dates:

ASPIRE Seminar for Volunteer
Managers
(Manager should attend one of these
seminars)
South Seminar will take place in Glasgow on Monday 8
August
North Seminar will take place in Inverness on Thursday
25 August
ASPIRE Seminar for Non-Managers
(Board members, staff and volunteers
are invited to attend one of these seminars)
South Seminar will take place in Glasgow on Tuesday 9 August
North Seminar will take place in Inverness on Thursday
25 August
ASPIRE Final Conference
A final conference has been provisionally arranged for
Monday 31 October 2005, to discuss the findings of the first phase of the
ASPIRE project.
We would be grateful if you could indicate at this point
if these dates fit okay with your diary and you would be able to
participate. (Travel expenses are covered for travel to and from ASPIRE
seminars and conference). Final confirmation and invitations to the above
seminars will be distributed shortly. For further information, please
